Appetizers

House Wings – Your choice of traditional buffalo or sweet Southern BBQ . Try one or both.
*House Chips – Sliced Yukon gold potatoes fried crispy on the outside, a little soft on the inside with a side of gorgonzola cream sauce.
*Sweet Chips – Just like our house chips, but made with thin sliced sweet potatoes tossed in cinnamon salt. f’ing awesome.
Fried Chicken Breast Strips – Draper Valley Chicken breast strips, battered and fried golden. Served with IPA honey mustard.
*Stuffed Gnocchi – Giant gnocchi stuffed with fresh mozzarella and deep fried, served with creamy marinara.
Fireside Street Tacos – Two shredded cajun roasted pork tacos with a green cabbage slaw, topped with a cilantro lime sour cream and a spicy chipotle chutney.
Peasant Plate – A hand formed, house made sausage patty with caramelized beer kraut, crispy onions and a tangy Dijon drizzle.
**Mediterranean Hummus – Made fresh with roasted garlic, cumin and lemon juice, served with tomatoes, cucumbers, cured onions and charred flatbread.
*Cheese Plate – Arrangement of hand sliced Fontina, Smoked Gouda, and gorgonzola cheeses with apples and pears.
*Caprese Skewers – Fresh house made mozzarella with whole baby basil leaf, and cherry tomatoes drizzled with balsamic and oil.

Salads

All fresh produce is procured locally in the Northwest and Organic when possible.
Dressings: Asiago Ranch, Russian, Honey Rosemary Balsamic & oil, IPA Honey Mustard, Lemon Chia Vinaigrette, Gorgonzola Cream.
Scratch made soup of the day in a cup or bowl.

**House Salad – Spring mix, cherry tomatoes, cured onions, English cucumber, and your choice of dressing.
Chef Cobb – A blending of two legends. Spring mix served with, ham, turkey, cheddar, swiss, bacon, tomatoes, avocado and a hard boiled egg with your choice of dressing.
Crispy Chicken Salad – Tender sliced crispy chicken laid on a bed of our spring greens with smoked cheddar cheese, cucumber, red onion and cherry tomatoes with your choice of dressing. Try buffalo tossed chicken w/gorgonzola cheese an extra charge.
Steak Salad – Bed of greens topped with chilled Char-Broiled steak slices, with cherry tomatoes, confit garlic cloves and topped with chipotle- fried onions. Served with our own creamy gorgonzola dressing.
*Roasted Beet Carpaccio Salad – Thinly sliced roasted beets on a bed of mixed greens tossed in a honey tarragon vinaigrette. Topped with shaved fennel and herb crusted goat cheese.
Raspberry Gorgonzola Salad – Baby spinach tossed in a champagne raspberry vinaigrette and topped with crumbled gorgonzola cheese, diced bacon, and sprinkled with candied hazelnuts.

Sandwiches

Comes with your choice of Yukon house chips, Sweet chips, soup or salad. Substitute “New Cascadia” farmhouse gluten free bread for $1.50. Any half sandwich 7 –

The Club – A traditional club with turkey, ham, swiss, cheddar, bacon, lettuce and tomato.
Grilled Ham and White Cheddar – Natural ham and white cheddar melted together and topped with seared tomatoes. Served open faced on thick cut garlic sourdough bread with a side of Dijon.
The Steakside Wrap – Juicy strips of steak topped with caramelized balsamic onions, sautéed red peppers and finished with gorgonzola mayo, lettuce & tomato.
The Beefeater – A heaping helping of roast beef, sautéed onions, mushrooms and swiss cheese with roasted garlic horseradish mayo.
**Veggie Wrap – Spring mix, hummus, cured onions, avocado, cucumber and tomato (Also available as a sandwich).
The Firebird – Cream cheese, tomato jam, shaved turkey breast, bacon, cured onions and lettuce.
Classic BLT – Thick cut bacon, juicy tomato, crisp lettuce and roasted garlic mayo on lightly toasted artisan sourdough.
The Reuben – Beer Cured sauerkraut, served atop a pile of corned beef and melted swiss, slathered in our own Russian dressing. Served on grilled marbled rye.
The Cuban – Natural cured ham, swiss cheese, stout mustard and pickles, brick pressed on rustic sourdough bread.
*Fuggetaboutit – Thick cut tomatoes, fresh basil, fresh mozzarella and balsamic mayo served on artisan sourdough bread.

Burgers

Our burgers now come in 1/2lb (big) or 1/4lb (lil’) size.
Substitute a Draper Valley chicken breast or vegan patty for no extra charge. Only available on our 1/2 lb burgers.
Gluten free bun available for $1.50

We prefer to cook our burgers Medium Rare, but we’ll make it however you enjoy it. Tell us what temp you’d like it to be.
Served on toasted cheddar bun with lettuce, tomato, red onion and our signature burger sauce.
Comes with a side of our house chips with gorgonzola cream, sweet chips, house salad, or a cup of our fresh made soup.

PS: If you need ketchup, you’ve been eating really crappy burgers.

The Shorty – This burger answers to no one. This tender beef patty will melt in your mouth. Simply grilled with kosher salt, cracked pepper and choice of cheese. (Swiss, Pepperjack, White Cheddar or Smoked Cheddar). Add bacon for $2.
The Fireside – Hand formed burger with white cheddar, smoked cheddar, cured ham, bacon and topped with a fried egg. Go ahead. We dare you.
The Vesuvius – Juicy, tender beef Topped with a mountain of jalapenos and grilled onions with melted pepperjack cheese and chipotle tomato chutney, and our Cajun remoulade sauce.
Zee German – House made sausage and beer kraut piled on top of a half pound burger and held together with melted Swiss cheese and sliced red onions, finished with our own stout mustard.
The Bomber – Grilled onions and gorgonzola cheese smothered on top of our char-broiled burger and finished with 2 strips of thick cut bacon.
Blackjack – Blackened burger patty Topped with pepper jack cheese, chipotle fried onions, with Cajun remoulade.
Crispy Chicken Sandwich – Crispy fried Draper Valley chicken breast strips topped with melted swiss cheese. “Club it” with cured ham and
bacon for $3. Lil’ not available.
The Bourbon Burger – Char-broiled burger topped with bourbon barbecue sauce, sautéed mushrooms, swiss cheese, thick cut bacon and whis- key glazed onions.
**The Portlander – Vegan patty served on gluten free bun with hummus, lettuce tomato and onion, a side salad, with lemon chia seed vinaigrette. Lil’ not available.

 

Entrees

Served after 5pm
All steaks are of the finest meats, Dry-Aged and cut in house to ensure the highest quality and flavor. – Add a side salad with your choice of dressing.

*Linguini Pomodoro– Fresh basil, garlic and tomatoes sautéed with linguini, olive oil, white wine and topped with asiago cheese. Served with asiago garlic bread. Add hazelnut pesto or grilled or crispy chicken.
Fireside Chop – Double cut bone-in Carlton Farms pork chop perfectly prepared, served with lightly sautéed spinach, seasonal compote and a garlic n’ chive potato cake. Try adding bacon and gorgonzola sauce to the potato cake.
*Smoked Cheddar Mac – Double elbowed macaroni (Cavatappi) tossed in Tillamook white and smoked cheddar cheese, topped with toasted asiago breadcrumbs and garlic bread. Try it with bacon.
Rosemary Chicken – Tender Draper Valley chicken breast medallions glazed with a rosemary honey balsamic reduction. Served with a side of roasted potatoes and asiago garlic green beans.
The Fillet – 8 oz prime cut filet mignon, char-broiled and Served with a gorgonzola peppercorn cream sauce, roasted potatoes and asiago garlic green beans. **The filet will not be cooked to a temperature past medium.
The Ribeye – Thick cut Choice ribeye, grilled perfectly and topped with chipotle fried onions, served with asiago garlic green beans, and our house roasted potatoes.
The New York Cowboy – Tender New York steak coated in a blend of spices and seasoning’s and topped with a pile of sautéed crimini mushrooms and a side of asiago garlic green beans. Comes with our house chips with gorgonzola cream sauce.

Sweets

Stout Brownie – A rich gooey stout infused brownie with melted bits of chocolate and a side of Tillamook vanilla bean ice cream.
Créme Brûlée – A beautiful slow cooked vanilla custard with a crisp caramelized sugar top, made from scratch daily.
Carmel Bacon Apple Fritters – Three made to order warm apple fritters drizzled with a bacon caramel reduction sauce and vanilla bean ice cream. It’s okay, put our balls in your mouth. You’ll like it.
