Fireside Brunch Menu

Brunch is served Saturdays & Sundays 9am – 1pm
French Toast – 2 slices of thick cut brioche immersed in our house made custard and sweetened with our secret recipe. Served with a side of sausage or bacon.
Corned Beef Hash and Eggs – A mountain of fireside’s own corned beef hash, our blend of corned beef, onions, potatoes and spices, with two eggs your way at the top with a side of toast.
Two Egg Breakfast – A staple brunch. You tell us how you want your eggs and we’ll serve it up hot with Fireside potatoes and your choice of bacon or sausage.
*Sub your bacon/sausage with our famous bone-in pork chop for +16 or New York Strip for +20
Apple Butter Benedict – our take on a classic. From the plate up it’s two slices of toasted English muffin with dollops with apple butter and sour cream, bacon, two poached eggs drizzled with our hollandaise sauce. (Try the princess Vespa +$4)
The Full Monte.. Cristo. – 2 pieces of challah dipped french toast stuffed with ham, turkey and swiss cheese. Served with a side of syrup and dusted in powdered sugar.
The FlatJack – 2 scrambled eggs, Pepperjack cheese, crispy chipotle onions and your choice of meat served on warm flatbread with a cajun mayo and a side of our Fireside potatoes.
Breakfast Wrap – 3 fluffy scrambled eggs, fried potatoes and cheese with your choice of bacon, sausage, ham or veggie sausage. Add fixin’s you like, served with sour cream and chipotle chutney.
Build Your Own Omelette – You pick your ingredients and we’ll sauté them into an omelet served hot and fluffy with Fireside potatoes and toast. – (Comes with 1 meat choice, any additional +$2/ea)
Omelet Choices – Sausage, Bacon, Ham, Onions, Red Peppers, Jalapenos, Tomatoes, Mushrooms Avocado +2.50
